The Free Syrian Army in Damascus has released a video of a "captured Hezbollah sniper who was dispatched to fight within a 250 strong force in the Syrian capital". The alleged "captured sniper", from the Al-Mokdad family, claimed his group was among 1500 Hezbollah snipers who were dispatched to several Syrian provinces, to fight alongside Bashar Al-Assad "Shiite regime and army". Mokdad called on Hezbollah's Secretary General, Hasan Nasrallah, to leave the Syrian people alone.
The victim's family has launched a kidnapping campaign against Syrian workers in Lebanon, to secure the release of their relative.
