Assad's regime launches its own Facebook: "Syria Book"

Bashar Al-Assad's regime, which is launching a brutal crackdown on its own population, has launched its own version of Facebook, dubbed Syria book. The regime is known to have a special "electronic army" to crackdown on all dissident voices.

The Arab Digest tried to investigate the link between Syria book and the regime, we found that when the word "syria" is typed, pro-regime names pop up. Below is an example:
